About Me

I'm Shalimar.  A social worker by trade, I run programs to assist the homeless and am grateful to have a career that I love.  I'm a mama to a daughter and to a Shih Tzu, and I'm a godmother to 29 children.  I work hard and I love to eat well, travel often and take photos.  My personal values are leadership and success through impact.  I'm a reader, and now a blogger, and a huge Seahawks fan!  Go Hawks!
